Welcome to our beautiful holiday villa Casa Tatie on Curaçao! The villa is centrally located in the Jan Sofat district with the beaches of Jan Thiel and Willemstad in the immediate vicinity. This luxurious holiday villa offers the perfect accommodation for a relaxing and unforgettable holiday.
With 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen, a spacious living room and a lovely garden with swimming pool and lounge area, this villa has been designed to meet all your wishes and desires. The fully equipped and spacious kitchen with modern appliances is ideal for preparing breakfast, lunch and dinner. Adjacent to the living room, which is equipped with TV and sound equipment, is the large terrace where you can sit out of the sun and cool down on the wind is recommended.
Downstairs is the terrace with swimming pool and outdoor shower where you can enjoy the (almost) always shining sun in the comfortable sun loungers and lounge sofas.
The holiday villa has 4 tastefully decorated bedrooms, all equipped with air-conditioned and comfortable beds. Designed with your comfort in mind, each room offers a peaceful haven where you can enjoy a good night's sleep after a day of adventure. The 3 bathrooms are elegantly designed and offer modern amenities. Here you can freshen up and relax after a day at the beach or exploring the beautiful surroundings.

To ensure an unforgettable holiday, we have a number of services that we offer.
Welcome pack
The fridge is stocked with ice-cold beers, a bottle of wine and a few cans of soda.
Wi Fi
The use of Wi-Fi is free throughout the house
Washer and dryer
In the house there is, in a special room, a washing machine and dryer which can be used free of charge. You can also use the drying rack at the back of the house.
transfer
It is possible, at an additional cost, to be picked up from the airport to the house.
BBQ
A Weber gas barbecue is at your disposal on the outdoor terrace.
Consumption of water & electricity
The consumption of water & electricity is not included in the night price. This will be deducted from the deposit based on actual use.
Car rental
If you indicate this when booking, you can rent the Ford Explorer during your stay.
Cleaning
Cleaning is included in the nightly rate. Once a week the beds are changed and the entire house is cleaned.
Deposit
A deposit of ANG is required at check-in. 1,000 (€500) to be paid. This can be done by bank transfer or cash. At the end of the stay, the deposit will be deducted from the outstanding water and electricity costs.
Wonderfully relaxing
We have been able to stay for a week in this fantastic house! The house is very spacious, so you don't have the feeling that you are in one house with 8 people. The house was fully equipped and it was wonderful to have a private pool.
Ideal workplace
A beautiful house with lots of space for our family. We stayed at Casa Tatie for two weeks. It was also nice that there is an office in the house, so that we could do some work quickly. Ideal for a digital nomad!
Close to Jan Thiel
Beautiful house and close to Jan Thiel. During the day you can relax on the beach of Jan Thiel and in the evening you can have a nice barbecue by the pool! We would like to come back for a longer stay.
